Expectations for Writing/Reading Notebook

Each day students will write in their WRN (Writing/Reading Notebooks). They respond to prompts and experiment with different forms of writing. 

Major Units for This Semester

  • Introduction

  • Independent Reading Literature Circles:

    • Dystopian Novels for first quarter

    • Memoirs--independent reading for second quarter

  • Counting Descent and Poetry

  • Mythology

  • Romeo and Juliet--Shakespeare
